the location was perfect for seeing the inner city. the staff seemed friendly. the room was very spacious and comfortable.

the reception did not pay enough attention to my room request. i had asked for facial tissue that was run out, but no one delivered any.

the complimentary mini-bar included quality items (i especially liked the sparkling water). the bedding felt superb, offering a restful sleep. the bathroom was spacious, well equipped for all needs. i appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel.

the elevators experienced congestion at times, causing slight delays.

I enjoyed the complimentary wine and macaroons upon arrival. A very nice touch. The room included complimentary drinks in the fridge, restocked daily. I found it useful. I appreciated the romantic and cozy interior. It felt modern and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked each day. I lacked nothing.

The room had a small window. It made the room dark! though the lighting was adequate.

The in-house Cosmo Kitchen Breakfast offered fresh, locally-sourced options. I considered it a good start to each day. Breakfast was entirely ordered to your table, a nice change, and was always delicious.

The hotel is in the heart of town. I found it convenient. It is set back enough from Stephansplatz. This ensured quiet surroundings. The location is central and walkable, though the U-bahn is also handy.

The room had high ceilings and a king-size bed. I slept soundly. A rain shower and a fireplace provided comfort and elegance. The smart TV and minibar were also useful features .

poor sound insulation unfulfilled request

the hotel's location was excellent, very close to city center shopping.

i found the sound insulation poor. i could hear conversations outside my door constantly, preventing relaxation. the hotel did not fulfill a request for facial tissue despite acknowledging it.

the location is very good to enjoy attractions. the staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was cleaned daily. the free minibar was a nice touch.

there are only two elevators for the whole building, resulting in congestion.

The location is very convenient. It is close to public transportation (i saw a u-bahn station very close to the hotel). The room was spacious. (i think it was big enough).

The breakfast options were limited. It felt a bit repetitive after a few days. Housekeeping only cleaned the room upon request. I never saw this in a 5-star hotel before.
